    Event Planning

    Many of our clients simply don’t have the time, staff, or experience to handle all the myriad event planning details themselves. So they call upon Marketing Works and our 20 years of experience for help.

    During the planning process, we will suggest ideas to drive publicity for the event, such as a celebrity host, a noted venue, or out-of-the-ordinary activities that will increase “buzz.” We will launch a press campaign to the local media to increase awareness and prepare promotional materials—invitations, programs, “save the date” postcards, and flyers—to further spread the word among your target audience.

    We understand how important it is to our clients that these events go as smoothly as possible. That is why we personally attend every event to make sure everything proceeds as planned. We coordinate the logistics of the event with the venue itself and with outside vendors to prevent embarassing mistakes. Having planned so many events, we have a host of strategic vendors with whome we partner who can provide exceptional service at reasonable costs, helping clients to drive down their event expenses.
